01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Neewtown. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform — whether through the official website neewtown.com or our mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and neewtown as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using our platform.

Neewtown recommends that you save or print a copy of this document for personal reference. These terms may be amended from time to time and users will be notified through the platform's official communication channels.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use neewtown services, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not be located in a region that prohibits or restricts access to online gaming platforms.
• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a participant in an active self-exclusion program.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

Neewtown carries out a strict identity verification (KYC) process. You are required to submit valid identity documents such as a Malaysian national ID or passport when requested. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated period may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.

03 User Account & Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at neewtown. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial information — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account username, password, and security PIN confidential.
• Ensuring no other party uses your account without authorization.
• Notify Neewtown immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.

Neewtown will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where such access occurred due to the user's own negligence or failure to keep their login credentials secure.

04 Deposit & Payment Methods

Neewtown accepts deposits via various payment methods available in Malaysia, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, FPX, and direct bank transfer. All deposits must be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit varies by payment method — typically starting from RM 10.
• Deposited funds are for gaming purposes only and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Neewtown does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or cards — the payment account must be in the same name as the Neewtown account.
• Neewtown reserves the right to decline or cancel any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

05 Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawal of winnings from a Neewtown account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 1 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen method.
• Neewtown does not charge any withdrawal fees — members will receive the full amount requested.

Neewtown reserves the right to request additional verification or place a withdrawal on hold for security investigation if any unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account. This is a protective measure in the interest of our users.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Program

Neewtown offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms stated on its respective promotions page and should be read alongside these general terms.

• All bonuses are subject to the stated rollover requirements — meaning you must wager a specified amount before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other members or exchanged directly for cash.
• Neewtown reserves the right to cancel related bonuses and wins if evidence of abuse or fraud is found.
• The VIP programme and loyalty rewards have their own terms, which may be updated from time to time.

Each promotion has a different validity period. Bonuses not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically without any additional notice.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Neewtown platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Neewtown account at the same time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or manage your account.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Granting account access to third parties, including agents, representatives, or account management services.

08 Responsible Gaming

Neewtown is committed to a responsible gaming policy. We believe online gaming should be a fun source of entertainment, not a cause of financial stress or personal hardship.

Our platform provides the following self-control tools, which every member can activate at any time:

• Deposit limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Play time limit — a cap on total play time within a set period.
• Loss limit — a cap on total losses within a set period.
• Temporary break — a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure at the member's request.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Neewtown platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of Neewtown or its legitimate licensors.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without written permission.
• Reverse engineering any software or technology used by the platform.
• Using the Neewtown name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes without authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

Neewtown provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service downtime.

Neewtown will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming decisions made by the user.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

Neewtown will always endeavour to resolve any technical errors affecting gameplay or transactions within a reasonable timeframe. In cases where a technical error results in incorrect withdrawals or wins, Neewtown reserves the right to correct the relevant records.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Neewtown reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document.
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed at the user's own request (voluntary closure), any valid balance — after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements — will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting Neewtown customer support. Permanent self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
